We understand that people who do not use the internet on a regular basis are wary about purchasing over the net, also regular users can be put off from purchasing if the site is difficult to use. Shipping
Standard shipping within the UK is free of charge. All standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note that for the next day service orders must be received before 1 pm in the afternoon.
European Shipping is charged at £12.50
Rest of the world is £15.00
All products are kept in stock and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of the order being received. If for any reason the item is out of stock, you should expect delivery between 3 and 10 days for all UK orders. For European orders we aim to supply within 14 days.
Every order that leaves our warehouse is shipped in plain discreet packaging; there is absolutely no indication of contents.
Returns
The problem customers may worry about is have they received what they thought they purchased. Our returns policy is simple, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it unopened to our customer service department within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange the goods for a replacement item or refund your money excluding postage. All items must be returned by recorded delivery to make certain we receive the returned item; we are not responsible for any item returned in any other way.
Refunds
We understand that when buying over the Internet goods may not be what you expected, that is why all sales come with a 14 day no quibble exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us (UNUSED) in its original condition and packaging and we will happily exchange it or refund your money. P&P costs are non refundable. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
